Authoritative Recognition! APUS Featured in the “Panorama of High-Quality Digital Transformation Products and Services (H1 2025)” and Joins the “Foundation-Building Program” as a Pioneer Intelligent Agent

On September 16, 2025, the 2025 Digital Ecosystem Development Conference & Mid-Year Meeting of the “Foundation-Building Program”, hosted by the China Academy of Information and Communications Technology (CAICT), was successfully held in Beijing. Qilin Hesheng Network Technology Co., Ltd. (APUS), leveraging its leading AI technology and innovative applications, was successfully included in the “Panorama of High-Quality Digital Transformation Products and Services (H1 2025)” and became one of the first intelligent agents to join the “Foundation-Building Program.” Its medical large-model technology solutions were also selected for the “High-Quality Digital Transformation Technology Solutions Collection (2025),” marking national-level recognition of APUS’s AI capabilities and applied solutions.

Since 2022, CAICT has initiated the “Foundation-Building Program” to focus on enterprise digital transformation.
